Managed Services Transport

Managing the long distance network comprising the digital microwave and fiber optic cable networks, the SRS network and the costal radio system of STC, including the digital junction network elements assigned to the long distance servers. Furthermore DETASAD signs responsoble for National Operation Control Center (NOC) and satellite Earth station in Riyadh and Jeddah.
The core network consists entirely of state-of-the-art digital technology; however, it is going to be evolved in the ongoing and planned expansion projects.

Executing Khorais Road 1,200 KW Transmitter Station upgrade in Riyadh, incl. Operation & Maintenance. The work includes also erecting buildings for transmitters and power generation, provision of 1,200 KW transmitters from NEC and designing, fabrication, refurbishing and provision of the necessary antennas for the station. |

| Operation & Maintenance of Frequency Management System in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia |
Operation & maintenance of the Frequency Spectrum System by well-trained technical work force and engineers. The system comprises:
- the Utility Network, incl. the main station in Riyadh and four regional stations in Jeddah, Damman, Khamis Mushaitt and Sakak, and eight mobile monitoring stations;
- the Monitoring Network (monitoring and analyzing the frequency spectrum);
- the Laboratory (three laboratories to test, calibrate and repair the system’s equipments), and
- the towers, masts, antennas, trucks, main computers with accessories, and computer programs and applications.
